Delivery :

- Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated using the estimated weight of items ordered with their packaging and the mode of delivery chosen .

The validation of the order constitutes acceptance of shipping costs automatically calculated and indicated in the order summary.

- Delivery time

The delivery time may vary depending on :

• The lead time . If the desired item is not in stock we need 2 to 30 days to receive from our supplier.

• The preparation time. The customer must in principle allow 2 days of preparation (order processing, billing, product preparation, packaging).

• The transport time. In France the delivery time is approximately 48 hours. Lead times are those given by the carriers. They are sent to the customer for guidance. Failure to comply with these deadlines by the carriers can not in any case engage the responsibility of Moto Nord de France.

- Absence on the day of delivery

If absent, the carrier (Post Office) will leave a calling card, you will in this way collect your parcel directly to the post office in your municipality, which will keep 15 days in filing.

- Place of delivery

The products are delivered by default to the billing address provided by the customer when ordering. In case the delivery address is different from the billing address, the customer indicates when ordering in addition to the billing address.

Cancellation and erroneous orders :

- Cancellation

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product to an end for exchange or refund. The product will be returned at your expense and your responsibility, it will necessarily be :

• In its original sealed packaging,

• Completely intact,

• In perfect condition for resale,

• Accompanied by all the accessories and the invoice.

Returned goods improperly, will be refused.

- Incorrect orders

An item ordered incorrectly by the customer can be returned within 14 days of receipt. In this case, Moto Nord de France invoice 20% of the total amount of the returned products with a minimum of 5 € in costs for back in stock and management. All returns will be accepted for new merchandise in its original state and having been no deterioration.

Returned goods must be :

• In their original sealed packaging,

• Completely intact,

•In perfect condition for resale,

• Accompanied by all the accessories and the invoice,

Shipping costs remain to the customer. Refunds will be made within 14 days after verification of all these elements. Only the amount of the returned items will be refunded.
